Good morning with a word for the day-
Jeremiah 20:14 says, ‘Cursed be the day in which I was born!’
It's not hard to see that this is a self-pity mindset, which we have all fallen prey to. Sometimes it's as if I live in this lifestyle every day. ‘Oh, woe is me.’ We all suffer from the attack of self-pity from time to time. But self-pity is a bleeder, it will bleed you of your good intentions, desires, and energy. It may even cause you to wrongfully curse your existence, as Jeremiah did in verse 14. It also steals your resources.
You must rise above self-pity by the renewing of your mind. Start first by thinking on the good things and build from there. Soon, you will notice that it's not about you, and where you are, but about others and who you're going to become in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8
