Rise above self-pity, life will come and go, it is as the wind, we have two simple duties to life. First find God. That desire will never cease until we find the Lord Jesus Christ, secondly to be about the father business, We all need earthly jobs, but those are no more than to provide for the earthly needs, But God has called each believer to be at work with and for Him. We also have been given spiritual gifts at the point of salvation. Those are to be applied to the Father's business and the work of the Father, the work of the Father is as simple as winning souls to the kingdom of God. But to be affected at the Father's work I must rise above self-pity. After true salvation I must know it's not about me. It's about those still living in darkness John the Baptist said I must decrease that He might increase. Jesus said I came seeking that which was lost. Rise above self-pity, it's not about you. Mark 12: 29- 31
